Much of today's health technology is built for enterprise buyers rather than for doctors. EMRs and hospital systems optimize for compliance and reporting, with less attention paid to the clinician's experience. AI scribes marked a real step forward in documentation efficiency, but they remain single-purpose products that ask users to navigate menus and templates to produce an acceptable note.

Rather than another monolithic system or a narrow point solution, Gladstone is a layer that sits alongside the tools you already use and quietly handles the work that does not require a medical degree.
